Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy – 48 Hours from Time of Booking
We kindly require 48 hours’ notice from the time you booked your appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
For example:
If you book Monday at 9:00 AM, you have until Wednesday at 9:00 AM to cancel or reschedule with no charge.
After that 48-hour grace period, the following fees apply:
• Cancellations: 50% of the service total
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: 50% of the service total
